Accepting applications for the 2027 HOPE Evaluation Learning Community

The Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences National Resource Center is launching the 2027 HOPE Evaluation Learning Community! This 12-month cohort seeks to support organizations in their evaluation of a Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences (HOPE) implementation project to demonstrate the HOPE framework’s impact on child/family outcomes, staff outcomes, and/or provider/family outcomes.

The 2027 Evaluation Learning Community will support up to 12 organizations who are already implementing the HOPE framework or will be implementing a new project in August 2026. These projects must include evaluation components.

The cohort will participate in a kick-off meeting, participate in six (6) 2-hour virtual learning sessions and six (6) individual evaluation support sessions, share data related to their implementation project, and share insights about their experience evaluating the HOPE framework. Each organization must identify a certified HOPE Champion to support the implementation, attend the learning and support sessions, and lead evaluation activities.

The cost for this opportunity is $5,000 per organization.

The project period is from August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027.

Why participate?

Our implementation evaluation work is beginning to take off! Over the last year we have developed the Implementation Evaluation Toolkit to guide organizations in their evaluation efforts. Joining this cohort offers organizations a unique opportunity to:

  • Deepen their implementation of the HOPE framework with access to in-depth technical assistance
  • Join a cohort of peer organizations for shared learning and collaboration
  • Contribute to the growing body of data showing the HOPE framework’s impact on individuals, families, relationships, and organizations
  • Get a head start in your organization’s journey to complete the HOPE-Informed Organizational Certification program
