How organizational leaders can assess their implementation of HOPE
Leadership and supervisor buy-in and support are key for successful implementation of the HOPE framework. Through a collaboration with our HOPE Facilitators, we created this handout that walks leaders and supervisors through assessing their organization’s implementation of HOPE. This document can be paired with the HOPE-Informed Checklist for Decision-Making resource.
