Measuring family experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic through a survey
Supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the HOPE National Resource Center worked with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Prevent Child Abuse America to query families about their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey focused on disruptions and stress caused by the pandemic and family experiences with domestic violence and child discipline techniques. Results from the survey are highlighted in a series of reports published by AAP.
