Applying the CFIR framework to real world cases.
The HOPE framework is implemented by organizations nationwide to meet the needs of their local context. This paper applies the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) to four real-world cases: Tufts Pediatrics, Spokane Regional Health District, San Diego YMCA, and a national academic detailing project. CFIR is a widely used, practical framework that (1) helps implementation sciences conceptualize programming and projects and (2) guides implementers in choosing strategies, identifying needs and adaptations, involving the right people, and explaining impact.
